Introduction

A one line listing for any theatre, company or production is absolutely free!

To take advantage of this service all you have to do is send us listings of your upcoming productions in advance. The UKTW accepts listings in good faith and will use its best endeavors to publish the information in a timely and accurate manner. Entries for events running shorter than 3 performances will be accepted but will only be published if workloads permit.

Greater exposure under this service can also be given to organisations offering tickets, discounts or other incentives to customers through the UK Theatre Web (see below).

Organisations with an existing Web site of their own can also have a free link to their site from the UK Theatre Web.

To take advantage of this service just put us on your distribution list, note the details below that allow you to use the UKTW Listed logo.

Competitions and Offers

One additional way of increasing your exposure without direct advertising is to offer free tickets or discounts through the UK Theatre Web. The Competitions and Offers page will be linked in from all relevant parts of the UKTW and will be given a high promotional visibility.

For free ticket competitions a minimum of three pairs of tickets and one-months notice are required. If you would like to promote yourself through this mechanism please contact the UKTW.

Press Releases

Press releases and other news stories may be sent to the Web Editor at the UKTW, these may be published in Green Room, the UKTW news area, and if relevant the information will also be put on appropriate UKTW pages.

Use of the UKTW Logo

If your organization is listed in the UKTW then you may use the UK Theatre Web Listed logo that follows in your own published materials (e.g. theatre programmes, newspaper adverts, letters etc.) to show that information on your organisation, productions or venue can be found on the web.

There are two forms of the logo, one can be entered from any typewriter or printer (see below), the other is a full colour logo that can be copied from this server (BMP file suitable for use in word processors such as Word) and is shown at the top of this page (GIF file).
